Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are present, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
